INTEGRAL™ adhesive films can be easily laminated to soft or rigid foam to provide more functionality. The films create a moisture barrier or slip surface for the foam pad. In seat cover applications, the film soaks into the foam so the seat breathes and serves as a slip agent in assembly. The films can also be used to bond another component to the foam, such as fabric, nonwovens, cardboard, metal or even another foam.
INTEGRAL adhesive films are highly versatile and can be bonded by a host of processes, including:
SARANEX™ barrier films provide a proven barrier to gases, water vapor and aromas.
